In the event of a failed payment, our system will automatically attempt to retry the same payment method. If several payment attempts are unsuccessful, your account status will be marked as overdue.
Overdue Balances and Project Holds
If your account falls into overdue status, the outstanding amount remains payable to JumpWave. Please note: The final version of any projects will not be released until the balance is fully cleared and your JumpWave account may be suspended during this period. If the balance remains unpaid, your account may be sent to collections.
