If you're ready to withdraw your royalties, you can easily request a payout through the Artist Portal. Follow these steps to complete the process:
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log into the Artist Portal
- Start by logging into your JumpWave Group Artist Portal account.
- Navigate to Release Music
- Once logged in, go to the Release Music section from your dashboard.
- Log into the Distribution Platform
- Select Log Into our Distribution Platform to access your distribution account.
- Go to Payouts
- Within the distribution platform, find and select the Payouts option.
- Request Payout
- Click on Request Payout to initiate the transfer of your available royalties.

Important: Payouts are processed monthly, based on reporting received from our distribution partners each month.
Additional Information
- Processing Time: Once requested, payouts may take a few days to process, depending on your payment method.
- Royalty Statement: Prior to payout, youāll receive an email with your royalty statement, which includes a full breakdown of earnings.
NOTE: Royalty payouts do not include any collection of taxes. It is the sole responsibility of the artist to accurately report and file their personal taxes in accordance with local, state, and federal tax laws. We do not handle or manage tax filings on your behalf. Please consult a tax professional if you need assistance with your tax obligations.
