By using Jumpwave Group’s services to distribute music, all users agree to comply with our Content Guidelines. We maintain strict Quality Control and Fraud Prevention standards to ensure integrity across all platforms. Repeated violations may result in actions such as suspension or termination of your account.

This guideline list will be updated as necessary to protect our agreements with partner music platforms.

✅ Permitted Content for Distribution

• Original Content: You may distribute only music that you own or are licensed to distribute.

❌ Restricted Content for Distribution

• Content that you do not own or lack the necessary license for
• Artists’ images or likenesses without their signed authorization
• Functional or generic music
• Sound-alike recordings
• Edited versions of popular tracks (sped-up, slowed-down, etc.)
• Unofficial remixes or mashups
• Duplicate album artwork or metadata

⚠️ Content Not Permitted on Micro-Sync Platforms

Certain types of content are restricted on Micro-Sync platforms, which include 7digital, Adaptr, Canva, Kuaishou/Kwai, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), TikTok, and others. Do not submit the following types to these platforms:

• Non-exclusively licensed content
• Creative Commons or other open-license releases
• Fair use clips from other sources
• Video game footage (unless published by the game’s creator)
• Ambient, meditation, yoga, or sleep music
• Production loops or soundbeds
• Sound effects, nature sounds, or ambient noise
• Classical music in the public domain
• DJ sets, spoken word, or comedy recordings
• Audiobooks, speeches, prayers, or podcast content
• Content with descriptions or recordings of sexual acts

NOTE: This list may be updated periodically to reflect changes in platform policies.

Following these guidelines will help ensure that your music remains available and reaches the widest audience possible on all approved platforms.
